- Working closely with management team to carry out HR strategies which includes current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Handle end to end recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Assist in monthly payroll
- Responsible for work pass applications, renewals and related administrative matters
- Timely update of information in HR databases and systems
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Possess a Diploma in HR or relevant fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Prior hands-on experience with HRMS systems an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
