Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties and provide customer service to our patients
- Responsible for registration and billing, payment/deposit collection, appointment scheduling as well as providing financial advise to patient
- Responsible for assigning beds and scheduling follow up appointments for patients.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
- 1 to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applicantions
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
Working Schedule (Staggered hours):
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (shift 1) / 10am - 7pm (shift 2)
- You are required to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotational basis
