Responsibilities


· Support sales team on order processing, and delivery arrangement for local and overseas

· Assist customers in pre and after-sales support

· Attend to sales enquiries via email phone call

· Assist other task given by Manager

· Able to perform repetitive tasks; good communication and organizational skills, attention to details, a team player and possess a positive working attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft office

· Mature and able to work independently

· Able to work with different departments

· Assisting R&D team on administration matters

· Involve in meeting to take minutes

· Fluent in English and Chinese
