Responsibilities:
- In charge of a team to manage site maintenance for a plant related to oil and gas activities.
- Define detailed scope of work specifying deliverables prior to commencement of project.
- Develop execution plans and communicate to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure a SHE plan developed in line with stakeholder’s requirements.
- Prepare specific documents on procedures for individual activities.
- Monitor progress of work and identify additional resource requirements.
- Develop and track milestones and deliverables.
- Develop KPIs to monitor daily work to ensure the activities are viable.
- Coordinate with stakeholder regarding issues relating to the maintenance issues.
- Highlight to team on work and safety issues and take corrective action.
- Manage cost against budget and highlight major cost overruns.
- Develop team for major shutdown work; plan the work and identify resource requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Relevant Engineering field.
- With 8 - 15 years experience in construction of international projects (refinery, petrochemical, oil and gas, energy sectors).
- Experienced with main Contractors in a project management downstream projects.
