Job Description:
- Development of various types of fibre product’s specification, manufacturing process and quality control specifications
- Transfer knowledge of new material to product development team for application
- Ability to create new IPs in Singapore in area of expertise
- To manage collaboration projects with external partners on new material development
- Have good supplier resource connection and collaboration
- Willing to support overseas process development for short term assignments
Job Requirements:
- Masters/PhD in either fields below will be of high advantage:
- Materials science
- Material design science and engineering
- Analytical Chemistry
- Material physics and chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of fibre manufacturing process (e.g. carbon fibre, cellulose nano fibre)
- Good understanding of polymer composite material properties
