Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for a Procurement Admin to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.
This is a 1 year contract (Conbertible) role. They are located at Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.
5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)
Training will be provided for Entry Level (structured training programs)
Duties
- Check, sort and process invoices and verify them against SAP system.
- Liaise with vendors and users for invoices, credit note, installation dates etc.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Possess minimally a Nitec/Diploma in Supply Chain
- Knowledge in SAP
- No experience needed - Training Provided (structured training programs)
