- Conduct comprehensive safety assessments of the CO2 system installation project.
- Ensure safety compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform hazard identification and risk assessment to mitigate potential dangers associated with the installation process.
- Monitor and enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) usage among workers.
- Conduct safety inspection regularly to identify and address safety concerns.
- Investigate and report any incidents, near-misses, or accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide safety support during system testing, commissioning, and startup phases.
- Review safety aspect of MS and RA before submitting to project engineer to sign off.
- Manage the safety officers from the different contractors (mechanical/electrical/civil)
Job Requirements
- Have the relevant safety certification such as managing WAH, develop a risk management plan, advanced certificate in workplace safety and health.
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in project safety management in the semiconductor or industrial gas industry.
- Excellent communication, coordination & organizing skills.
- Good knowledge in industrial standards & codes such as API, ASME & etc. and Singapore Codes of Practices.
- Self-motivated, independent & requires minimal supervision, but still a good team player.
- Must be willing to work for 4 months contract in Woodlands.
