Responsibilities:
- Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services for Core Banking, Digital banking Application projects
- Works with vendors, stakeholders both Singapore to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.
- Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.
- Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored into the plan.
- Led tasks central to project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, team coaching/mentoring, SIT / UAT testing and delivery
- Works closely with the Test Lead to provide inputs around domain specific test engineering requirements and ensure that they are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / any related field
- 10+ years of experience in Test Delivery with large organizations and 5+ years as senior test management role.
- Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g., Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.
- Strong domain knowledge of Core Banking/ Digital Banking
- Experience in various testing tool suites like JIRA, TOSCA, UFT/QTP, LoadRunner/Performance Center, ALM / Quality Center, Selenium, Cucumber etc.
- Experience in Release Management
- Experience in Defect Tracking process using ALM
