- Position Title: QA/QC Executive
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 am – 6.00 pm; Alternate Sat, 9.00 am – 1.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Implement food safety and quality control measures in line with HACCP and SFA regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing plant and its procedures to ensure food safety standards.
- Carry out weekly quality checks on all raw materials and products.
- Obtain and analyse samples as required.
- Work with suppliers to ensure document compliance.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to product quality and food safety.
- Maintain databases and documentation.
- Create and deliver food safety training when necessary.
- Monitor product weights to ensure they meet guidelines.
- Oversee quality assurance activities including testing and certification processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Diploma in Food Science / Knowledge in Food Science
