- Position Title: Purchasing Executive
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide purchasing support for Project/ Rental & Service Department.
- Ensure competent execution of regular purchasing duties and administrative work.
- Monitor and communicate with suppliers on the delivery of goods to ensure prompt delivery.
- Liaise with the relevant department and/or external parties on procurement documentation issues.
- Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, vendor relationship management and continuous improvement for the company.
- Maintain and update purchasing records and pricing for all items purchased in the system.
- Managing Logistics and training of staff assigned for project / offsite works.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.

- Min Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Marine Supply/ Logistics/ Engineering company.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge / Experience in SAP Business One / any ERP System would be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination skills & positive working attitude.
