Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP support & maintenance projects ensuring regulations and compliance.
- Maintain existing business solution in SAP Security and GRC application support and enhancements
- Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development
- Take lead and proposes, programs or configures, documents and tests business solution in SAP/GRC application according to the functional and technical requirements
- Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation
- Prepare functional requirements & designs, system configuration, perform relevant testing, conduct system demos, work with users providing testing and training support and deployment of the assigned change requests
- Work with teams (including cross modules) to resolve production support issues.
- Update client tickets/change request status, progress and escalate issues when needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of SAP GRC Access 10.1 / 12.0 with expertise using the following modules:
- Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
- Emergency Access Management (EAM)
- Business Role Management (BRM)
- Access Request Management (ARM)
- User Access Review (UAR)
- Experience with SOD conflict resolution and managing complex workflows in SAP GRC.
- Good understanding of SAP Security Role design & GRC Architecture.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in SAP Security and Authorization across various applications including but not limited to S/4 HANA, ECC, GRC, BW, Fiori, Solution Manager.
- Experience in full life cycle implementation projects and follow-up.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming is a big plus.
- Certified SAP GRC consultant is a plus.
- Strong time management, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of Business Processes in any kind of industry.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
- Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business.
- Team player attitude. Ability to effectively mentor less experienced team members on SAP GRC.
