Responsibilities
- Establish the construction Project Budget and Schedule
- Lead, coordinate and work closely with QP & Contractors for the execution of the construction project
- Ensure that the project is delivered timely, within scope and budget
- Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance to safety codes, electrical codes, quality standards and government authorities codes
- Control and monitor on project progress and financial, and report to the management
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Manage the handover process at completion
Requirements
- Good leadership and communication skills with acumen for risk management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, pro-active, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experienced in planning resources effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Candidates must be proficient in English & Mandarin (as candidates need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts from China, for job purposes)
