Job Description:
- Manage the full spectrum of employee life cycle, beginning with recruitment and ending with employee separation.
- Provide support in establishing PDPA policies and framework
- Provide support in Learning and Development
- Provide support in Performance Management System (PMS)
- Develop and review processes on new hire reference check, background check, interview evaluation, checklist
- Administer employee confirmation process
- Handle all administrative tasks relating to employment movement which include transfer, redesignation, promotion, re-employment and employee separation
- Assist in the preparation of all HR related letters
- Provide support in other HR and Admin functions
- Manage and support talent management operations/administration
- Prepare internal and statutory employment-related surveys and reports (Non monetary on employee movement)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma with 2 years relevant working experience acquired in HR Experience
Additional information:
- Located near Aljunied
- Working hours: Office Hours from Monday – Friday, Office hours
- Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment, Up to $4000 (Depending on experience)
