Job Description
- Responsible for managing and supporting CFD and LFX Initiatives.
- Work with the sales team and traders to understand the business needs for CFD and LFX trading and risk management and translate the business needs to system functional requirements.
- Plan and manage projects delivery and provide timely status updates.
- Coordinate with system vendors and internal IT for systems development and change requests.
- Document product (business and functional) requirements and solutions.
- Perform systems configuration, maintain and document repository of all system settings and configurations.
- Perform and coordinate end-to-end (from trade execution to trade settlement) system and UAT testing.
- Put together new product processes, covering all aspects of the trade life cycle, with respective back office departments (Credit, Finance, Settlements, Custody, Client Accounts and Client Services).
- Put together a step-by-step plan for any system migrations for Internal IT and back-office departments (client accounts, settlements, credit and finance).
- Manage system outages and issues and lead investigation of root cause and resolution with vendors, making sure all issues are addressed effectively and timely.
- Prepare user training materials and user guide on the proper use of trading platforms and systems.
- Actively manage users’ queries on functional, system or processes, and ensure that all cases are logged, closed or worked upon appropriately daily.

- Diploma / Degree in any discipline.

- 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred; fresh graduates with personal trading and investment experiences are also welcome to apply.
