As a Roadshow Supervisor, you’ll be securing new client opportunities and developing relationships to grow our company. You’ll be responsible for prospecting potential clients and assist the Senior Roadshow Manager in managing the team of Roadshow promoters.
Responsibilities
· To reach out and engage the general public
· To actively participate in all roadshows
· Consult with prospect and convert possible leads into businesses
· Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively to meet target set by the Company
· Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with
professionalism and integrity
· Supervising the team in the absence of the Senior Roadshow Manager
· Training / Onboarding of new Roadshow promoters
· Planning of work schedule for the team
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ queries
· A keen and fast learner
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Outgoing and friendly personality
· Able to motivate and lead the team and also a great team player
· Able to work on weekend and PH
· At least 3 years of related working experience and managing a team
· Attractive basic + commission
