Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the day to day general administration and operational matters.
- Handle company's incoming and outgoing email correspondence.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level / ITE certificate or equivalents.
- Able to write and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients / colleagues.
- Relevant working experience of at least 1 to 2 years is an advantage.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
