Accounts & Admin Assistant (AP, AR, Central)
Our client, a distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, is looking for an Accounts & Admin Assistant to join their Accounts/Admin Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and cover Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables function
- Making payments to suppliers, forwarders etc, and collecting money from customers
- Accounting data entries
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder is preferred
- Prior work experience in accounting in Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Familiar with month-end closing and year-end closing on accounting entries
- Experience in using SAP is preferred to have
- Mandarin language skill is preferred to liaise with customers and suppliers who are located in China
