· Preparation of food and cooking in accordance to the recipes and menus
· Ensure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping duties
· Attend to all kitchen duties including stock checking and supplies
· Maintain regular cleaning for all kitchen areas and equipment
· Supervise kitchen staff
· Assist Executive Chef to coordinate all related culinary activities, e.g. estimate food consumption and requisition of food supplies
· Undertake other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when required
· Report to the Chef-in-charge
