Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that projects adhere to legal and quality standards.
- Oversee project costing, from the early design phase to project completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, time, and labor costs.
- Negotiate and create bids for tenders and contracts.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, quotations, and cost estimates for submissions and interviews.
- Source required materials and vendors.
- Handle interim progress claims and variation orders from sub-contractors.
- Collaborate with consultants and customers to ensure project success.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- A mature individual with a positive attitude and the ability to handle stress effectively.
- Extensive experience in M&E Subcontractor Quantity Surveying, particularly in Electrical works.
