You will be Part of the Accounts Team to Support the Financial Accounting and Operations of a Dynamic Catering Company. You Will Work with Different Stakeholders on the Following Functions:
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall-in-charged of Accounts Receivable
- Perform Day to Day Financial Transactions, including Verifying, Classifying, Computing, Posting and Recording of ALL Accounts Receivables’ Accurately and Timley.
- Attend to Internal and External Customers' Enquiry on Statement of Account Balances and
- Ensure timely Payments by Clients
- Preparation of Onboarding (Accounts) as Vendors for clients
- Review Procedures & Processes Related to Credit Management and Collection
- Other Ad Hoc Duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Relevant NITEC Equivalent OR at least 3 Years relevant Finance & Accounting Experience
- Meticulous Sharp & Responsible. Independent but yet also a Team Player
- Great Attitude & Highly Motivated with Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
- Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
