1. Planning
a. Understand current market sentiments and identify opportunities
b. Understand customer behaviour and the changes therein
c. Develop effective promotions
d. Align marketing and logistical support
2. Execution
a. Maintain and manage shop appearance and drive traffic
b. Perform continuous SEO & SEM improvement
c. Collaborate and align with other commercial team members
d. Analyse consumer trends, identify and close gaps
e. Oversee and coordinate order fulfilment
f. Communicate with consumers directly
3. Monitoring
a. Monitor competitors
b. Identify upcoming market trends
c. Ensure high standards in customer engagement and satisfaction
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
• Familiar with Shopee and Lazada online store management
• The ability to work with different stake holders
• Familiarity in reading and interpreting market data and insights
• Excellent creativity, passion, and drive
• Ability to work within a team and as sole contributor
• Good communication and presentation skills (English)
• Maintaining all websites like uploading of contents / images etc
• Checking daily stock count to update on ecom & managing stock numbers to ensure no overlapping / sufficient stocks
• Forecasting stock demand and providing numbers for ordering
• Social media marketing (includes planning and content creation)
• Paid advertising via Facebook and Instagram
• Perform other ad hoc tasks when required
• Working across team to achieve company objectives
