Business Administration Manager

Jwz Property Pte. Ltd.

The Business Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. Their duties include completing organizational and management tasks that support the productivity and growth of the company’s business.


Responsibilities

  • Independently manage all administrative and logistical matters for the Singapore office
  • Manage the Company’s IT requirements, insurance policies and human resources
  • Handle business finances
  • Providing executive support to the Managing Director.
  • Helping to drive the Company's sustainability agenda

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of business administration experience, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Good HR knowledge concerning employment laws
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages will be a plus.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of property management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced MS Excel skills
