The Business Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. Their duties include completing organizational and management tasks that support the productivity and growth of the company’s business.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage all administrative and logistical matters for the Singapore office
- Manage the Company’s IT requirements, insurance policies and human resources
- Handle business finances
- Providing executive support to the Managing Director.
- Helping to drive the Company's sustainability agenda
Requirements
- 2-4 years of business administration experience, or in another relevant administrative role
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Good HR knowledge concerning employment laws
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages will be a plus.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Thorough understanding of property management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced MS Excel skills
