Operations Assistant Manager
Salary Range: $4000 - $5000
Working Hour: Monday - Friday: 9am – 6pm
Working Location: Near to Macpherson MRT
Job Description
- Assist coordinators with supply chain issues
- Manage and troubleshoot issues with ERP system
- Support sales with inventory management/availability
- Assist sales team in follow-ups with customer in a timely manner.
- Handle sales/purchase orders processing and manage order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with sales team/credit team to ensure smooth and on time delivery of goods.
- Generate monthly forecast.
- Arrange collection and delivery of orders.
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationship with customers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or similar
- With 5 years of similar working experience & supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience in Business Central (fka Navision Dynamics)
