Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for acquiring global human resources linked to business strategies
- Define recruitment requirements in collaboration with management and business unit heads
- Review and improve the recruitment process
- Communicating with candidates and agents from casual interviews to closing
- Verify effectiveness of recruiting activities and manage progress
- Reporting to recruiting departments and management
- Public relations and corporate branding related to global recruiting
- Identifying organizational issues and developing solutions through communication with management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as in house talent acquisition or recruiter
- Business level Japanese and English Speaker to liaise with counterparts
