- Oversee day to day operations, manages team of cleaners
- Manage daily work schedule planning for cleaning crews
- To handle recruitment of cleaners for contract sites
- Client servicing on operational point of contact
- To provide operations admin & logistics support
- Provide guidance and on Job Training to cleaners, ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained
- To provide operations assistance/ projects management support as directed by the operations manager
- Planning out ad-hoc cleaning arrangements and weekly cleaners schedule
- Any other administration / operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.
- Takeover and handover every project, and how to implement quality checks before handover.
- Operate cleaning machinery & to train the staff under your care.
