Marketing Coordinator
Salary: $2,200 - $2,800
Working Hours: 5 Days Mon- Fri (0830-1800)
Working Location: Soon Lee Rd, Jurong West
Responsibilities:
- Attend of local & export sales enquiries via phone or email
- Generate sales order, delivery orders and invoices
- Acknowledge customer PO, liaising with local & export customer for goods delivery
- Processing sales order
- Coordinate with Production Manager for goods availability and delivery date
- To support and ensure all orders are fulfilled for customer at right quantity and right time
- Update Sales Order Control Record
- Prepare monthly sales report for local sales, export sales and outstanding reports
- Sending and follow up sample and color folder to customers
- Handling customer complaint
- Prepare complaint summary in monthly basis
- Prepare and checking shipping document to ensure they are complete and comply with export rules and regulations
- Booking of cargo spaces & places insurance for shipments
- Liasing with customers, forwarder and transporters to collect the goods
- Prepare for imports and custom declaration for exports
- Prepare all banking document for negotiation under letter of credit
- Administrative duties (filling, recording)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or related field
- At least 1-year experience in marketing or administrative
- With experience in Microsoft Excel and admin documentation
