Specialist, HR Enablement

JOB PURPOSE

Bringing and sustaining long-term enablement to Corporate Human Resources, that would deliver needed internal capabilities (data quality and access, process governance, tools and systems management) Globally.


JOB KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


1. HR Solutions and Projects Management (Global):

  • Create and manage HR project portfolio in different domains, monitor/report the performance of the solutions and recommend/implement corrective actions if needed.
  • Acting as PMO, lead and deliver key Global projects to make sure strategic goals are met.
  • Lead the alignment with different parties including IT, Finance, Procurement to discuss plan and actions, and overcome possible challenges and overlaps.
  • Ensure the reliance on the pre-defined HR One Platform strategy that would cater for unified solutions and harmonized process across the globe.
  • Overseeing the market trends, leveraging opportunities, and looking for new ideas that would bring operational excellence and enhanced employee experience.

2. HR Data Quality, Access, and Process Governance (Global):

  • Establish a Global HR Data Quality measurement to ensure HR data is of high quality at different stages, systems, interfaces and reports manage the project that brings changes to HR data management.
  • Supervise HR data security and ensure the right individuals securely access all HR data all the time. Moreover, collaborate with other information security entities in SABIC to guarantee that HR data are secure all the time.
  • Analyze all Global and Global HR processes, introduce optimization opportunities, eliminate bottlenecks, and work with different leaders for optimization.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, HR or related field (incl. finance and statistics)
  • 5+ years’ experience in related fields.
  • Must be fluent in English.
