Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets within the assigned region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and securing new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive landscape
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a strong understanding of the company's product offerings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales within the maritime or related industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required
- Those with marine engineering and marine companies sales/key account will be advantageous
