- Acquire new Commercial customers & deepen relationships with existing customers.
- Promote Commercial loan products to these customers to meet annual targets set.
- Cross sell and up-sell to meet the company's overall annual targets set.
- Perform credit review to proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition & implement appropriate strategies to prevent or minimize loan default or NPL.
- Perform KYC CDD/EDD review to ensure profile of customers are within the Bank’s targeted segment.
- Perform client servicing, so as to meet customer service standards set by the department & to achieve good customer satisfaction rating.
- Increase facility utilization rate in current Commercial customers to enhance the Bank’s share of wallet
