Contract Period: 02 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024


Work Hours: Monday to Friday : 7.00am to 4.00pm with 30 minutes lunch break.



Job Description generally include:

1. Customer Service at the front desk which includes: a. Answering of phone calls b. Attend to phone and walk-in inquiries

2. Caring for students:

a. Attend to students in the sickbay

b. Contact parents when required

c. Coordinating early dismissal of students


3. Assist in admin duties

a. Data Entry

b. To receive goods delivered and coordinate with the ordering person

c. Any other duties assigned by the school


Job Requirement :

Atleast three passes in GCE ‘O’ Level

• Certificate/Nitec/Higher nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or other business-related disciplines; or

• ESS Career Readiness Certificate (operations) or ESS Workplace Literacy and numeracy (WPLN) Level 5


Other requirements preferred:

• Customer Service Oriented

• Able to multi task

• Positive working attitude

• Mature

• Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred

• Computer Literate

• Prior experience in handling reception work preferred
