JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure all equipment remains in optimal condition with minimal downtime through daily maintenance tasks within the hotel premises. Timely completion of maintenance work orders from various departments in accordance with the hotel's standard operating procedures.
- Consistently strive to enhance engineering services for the benefit of guests, other departments, and colleagues, contributing to an improved overall experience.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute maintenance tasks within guest rooms and public areas, including fixing toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, and electrical equipment, such as lamps
- Maintain and care for all tools and equipment within the hotel, including cleaning, lubrication, and protection.
- Be available for emergencies and assume an engineering role to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and the preservation of the building and its systems during such situations.
- Safely and efficiently maintain the hotel facility and related equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean/PR preferred
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to communicate in fluent English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
