Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive / Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and implementing efficient marketing strategies, monitoring market trends, analysing consumer markets, and designing marketing materials.
Job Scope
· Collaborate with the marketing team and management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
· Monitor market trends and analyze consumer market activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitive ventures, and use this information to inform marketing decisions.
· Assist in organizing and implementing market research initiatives to gather relevant marketing data and insights.
· Support the management of the brand's digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), and monitor their progress using various metrics.
· Prepare performance reports on marketing campaigns and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
· Assist in the creation of corporate communications and public relations materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and design.
· Design marketing collateral and materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand image.
· Monitor corporate branding applications across project marketing materials, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
· Identify and establish relationships with distribution channels, such as corporate offices and hotels, for corporate gifts and other products.
· Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure tasks are completed and marketing programs are delivered on time and on budget.
· Organise and assist in the execution of advertising and communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
· Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure successful collaboration in promotional activities.
· Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring marketing expenses, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and initiatives.
· Develop and implement new marketing initiatives, such as social media campaigns, events, or crossover collaborations, to strengthen engagement with the target audience.
· Conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction, using this data to inform future marketing efforts.
· Write copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and website content, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
· Assist in various ad-hoc marketing tasks and other related duties as assigned.
