Job Description
- Working closely with seller product & marketing team, oversee all design projects from online to offline, from concept to on-time delivery
- Visual design, implement and maintain the Design System.
- Need to effectively present and follow-through your design concepts and strategy to peers and key stakeholders located globally.
- Become a problem-solver for product visual & campaign issues that may appear during project implementation and ensure a good user experience throughout the product life cycle.
- Create design solutions by utilizing user data. Initiate and participate in user research as needed on key projects.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in a related area.
- 1+ years of Team Leader Experience is preferred.
- Background in human-computer interaction, industrial design, visual communication, or education-related design disciplines will be desirable.
- Align customer needs and business goals to execute design holistic thinking processes and methods.
- Work closely with international cross-functional teams based in China, Southeast to align with business/product strategies while maintaining design consistency across all platforms/screens.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present well and explain design solutions to cross-functional teams.
