As Hera Hair Beauty's Senior Stylist, you are the technically advanced and constantly educated hairdressing expert, committed to positively enriching our team and clients. Exceed clients needs and expectations by providing individualized services and treatments.
Role and Responsibilities as Senior Stylist are as follows:
· Skillful in cutting and trimming hair according to clients' instructions.
· Skillful in hair colour, highlights, balayage, ombre etc.
· Styling hair using chemical solutions and styling tools.
· Washing and conditioning clients’ hair.
· Providing face, scalp and neck massages.
· Supervising apprentices and trainees.
· Providing hairstyle suggestions to clients.
· Acts as an expert in hair analysis, maintenance regimens and is informed and educated in correlating salon retail product offerings.
· Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients and to ensure client satisfaction.
· Maintains salon appearance and cleanliness.
· Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
Qualifications
- At least 10years of hairdressing experience is required and experience with Caucasian hair is preferred.
- Strong professional presentation, technical ability, relationship building and communication skill.
- Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth
- Ensure salon regulations: update, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Actively participate in advance training or ongoing education in latest fashion and trend.
