Requirements
• Receive and process customer’s orders, issue SOC
• Coordinate with warehouse on picking/ packing of goods according to shipping schedule
• Coordinate closely with forwarders and arrange on time shipment of customer orders
• Prepare full set of export shipping documentations according to Letter of credit (including Certificate of Origin).
• Ensure accuracy in shipping and other documents
• Handle and attend customer’s enquiry and complaints patiently
• Monitor and follow up on back-orders, handle shipping discrepancy
• Review and set up special price (on request) from customer for management approval
• Maintain good rapport and ensure good customer service with customers
• Ensure LC accuracy and proper submission to bank
• Follow-up and monitor customer payment closely
• Check accuracy on invoices and charges from forwarder
• Ensure timely shipment
Job Requirement
• At least 1 years of experience in order processing
• Knowledge in export shipping documentations, Certificate of Origin application, letter of credit, logistic operations and order processing
LC (letter of credit) knowledge is essential
• Diploma
