Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver the KPI’s – Sales, Shrinkage, Commerciality, Customer Service Standards.
• Cashiering, regular operations of store including stocktaking.
• Deliver the shopping experience that our customers demand.
• Ensure Customer Service levels and department standards are consistently achieved.
• Assisting customers with choice of frames and lens according to their needs and requirements.
• Ensure new initiatives are successfully implemented in your area and all customers complaints are
resolved.
• Assisting Opticians with customers’ administrative work.
• Provide before & after sales service to all customers.

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail operation.

• Strong systematic organized to approach to work.
