Responsibilities
· Perform General Administration which include Daily Operational Tasks, Scheduled Tasks
· Handle System Defects Management and Network Management Services
· Monitor System and Network Health Status using the Tivoli and Solarwinds
· Submit Daily and Incident reports
· Assist Customer on Exercise Support and System Audit
Requirements
· Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum two years’ experience in mission critical systems and preferably three years’ experience in hardware installation and deployment.
· Minimum 1 year of Computer System engineering (System configuration, Network system and System backup) knowledge.
· Excellent knowledge of MSCE, Unix, Redhat, SQL, Cisco Networking, SAN Storage, VMware, Firewall, Tivoli and Solarwinds is advantageous
· Work location is in Jurong East
· Singaporean Only
