Job description

Reporting to GM/MD, Technical Support Engineer is primarily in charge of providing technical support to customers and exploring new applications or solutions.


Responsibilities

· Provide technical support to customers on microelectronics packaging, liquid dispense systems, filtration, O-ring and other products.

· Support secondary operation such as custom fabrications and parts cleaning.

· Sourcing of spare parts for semiconductor equipment.

· Assist Customer Service to follow up on technical enquiries.

· Conduct product trainings for internal staff, or for customers.

· Technical content writeups for website and other marketing purposes.


Requirements

· Relevant Technical degree or Diploma (Chemical, Material Science, Mechatronics, Engineering etc.).

· Min 3 years relevant technical experience in semiconductor industry.

· Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office.
