How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
- To support site operations by utilising technical knowledge reinforced by concrete data from Performance analytics Centre tools (SCADA,Alarm Management System, Statistical Process Control, Predictive analytic tools & etc) to rapidly identify early symptoms of process abnormalities and provide resolute recommendations to mitigate or resolve the abnormalities with the objective of achieving stable,safe and reliable operations with high level of product quality.
- To provide onsite technical support in terms of plant issues and planned shutdown maintenance.
- To provide technical competency and knowledge to project team for AL carrier gas projects, to ensure all Industrial Management System (IMS) requirements, Divisional and Operations requirements are met
- To support the review of assigned Operations sites, FMECAs, Single point of failure study, Line of defence (LOD) and IMS required studies and provide assistance to close the gap
- To develop and establish minimum requirements for operations SOP through Division Procedures (DP)
Who Are We Looking For?
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- 1-2 years of working experience in Gas/Chemical industry is preferred
- Good communication skills and good analytical skills
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and/or hands-on with FMECA, SPOFs, PLC, RA (risk assessment)
- Experience in Coding, Python or R will be an advantage
