Job Purpose.
Primary responsibility is to work with business and IT teams to assist in requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support project implementation. Projects may include new product development, dashboards, system interfaces, etc.
Key Responsibilities
• Support project implementation by ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed.
• Oversee project plans to ensure adherence to schedule, budget and scope.
• Organise project meetings including requirements gathering and Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings.
• Maintain complete, current and appropriate project documentation.

• Aid in project implementation to ensure the completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Configure newly developed General Insurance products within the policy administrative system.
• Utilize Sisense and Tableau analytic tools effectively.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure they remain on target and result in high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate on Jasper templates to integrate new policy documents into the system per specified requirements.
• Spearhead User Acceptance Testing for various projects and engage with business stakeholders to ensure on-schedule testing completion.
• Develop Test Plans for components within the General Insurance systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, while also preparing comprehensive meeting minutes, complete with action items and delivery deadlines.
• Generate project documents, which encompass requirement gathering, functional specifications, data patching/extraction requests, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-deployment verification. These documents should remain up-to-date, properly signed off, and securely stored.
• Ensure that IT products and services meet the specified requirements.
• Evaluate IT proposals and offer recommendations that align best with business needs and objectives.
• Address user feedback and resolve application-related issues.
• Undertake any ad hoc tasks as they are assigned.
• Stay informed about industry trends related to regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to better understand and mitigate risks.
• Proactively identify potential concerns or risks and share best practices for risk management.
Qualifications
• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer-related studies or Information Technology.
• Welcoming fresh graduates without prior relevant work experience.
• Display eagerness to acquire project management skills and experience.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a penchant for problem-solving.
• Demonstrate the capacity to complete tasks punctually while delivering high-quality results.
• Uphold a high level of integrity, accountability, and a constructive approach to teamwork.
• Show willingness to take initiative in improving existing processes and embrace change.
