JOB DESCRIPTION
►Serve as a data value capture analyst to provide tactical data insights for a specific business domain
►Point of contact to provide data related business domain inputs during project ideation, needs assessment and project delivery
►Provide a data perspective for specific business domains, highlighting how data can be leveraged to deliver value
►Modeling of data to demonstrate business value derived from data
►Prioritize activities based on value and engage with decision makers throughout the end-to-end process, from creative ideation all the way to delivery on BI, Advanced Analytics and other data related assets
►Assist leaders to ‘work backwards’ from the opportunity to capture the right data & design solutions that improve responsiveness & decision- making
►Validate backlog priorities with stakeholders and provide feedback on progress
►Act as the voice of the business and help validate data products before they are presented to business for approval
►Collaborate with Data business partners to deconstruct and re-engineer existing processes and technology, emphasizing speed and quality of insights
►Quantify expected value resulting from process improvements to secure stakeholder support and build trust
►Ensure effective user education and monitor adoption of the solution, facilitating seamless integration into daily operations
►Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to probe and uncover underlying issues, and maintain strong relationships to facilitate acceptance and adoption of data-driven innovation
►Drive business transformation by mapping and translating legacy processes into efficient workflows that align with current business priorities and vision
JOB REQUIREMENTS
►Min. 3 years of experience with a strong understanding of business domains and data analysis specific to select domain, data management and practices
►Expertise in leveraging enterprise data such as SAP, Workday to drive business use cases
►Prior experience as business and data analyst
►MBA preferred
►Consulting experience preferred
►Fund & Investment modeling experience preferred
