Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Regional Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving growth and expanding business in China. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing business opportunities in China for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth between Singapore and China.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the China market, including educational institutions, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of trends.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our organization's products and services to potential customers in China.
- Lead sales efforts to secure new business and partnerships with key accounts in China.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports related to business operations in China.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and expanding business in China.
- Strong understanding of the culture in China
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, due to chinese speaking clients.
