Key Job Accountabilities
- Improving and maintaining the Quality Management System
- Conduct routine monitoring and surveillance of production work areas for job compliance to quality and safety requirements.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure that the activities conform to the standards required by the QMS.
- Perform quality inspection of production work in accordance with the relevant programme SOP requirements.
- Perform investigation into incidents and accidents, warranty claims and other issues that involves aircraft or related equipment.
- Preparing the programme quality plan, if required by contract
- Reviewing non-conformances and initiate corrective action to prevent recurrence.
- Raising correction action record when required
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Aviation and Quality would be preferred.
- Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 45001 Standards is highly preferred.
- Comfortable to work in SAF camp/ Airbase (CCK)
- Singaporean only
- Proficient in Microsoft Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint
- Experience in data analytics tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Practical experience in supporting airframe modification projects and composite structures will be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to work independently.

- The incumbent reports to Assistant Manager, Programme / Quality Manager
