Location: Orchard Road
Working days: 4 days work week (FRI/SAT/SUN required)
Salary: $2,300 - $2,600

JOB SCOPE

• Be responsible for taking reservations, answering the phone, responding to any guest requests.
• Greet each Client warmly, welcoming and pleasant towards each Client.
• Seat the guests in the retail showroom according to designated rotation plans.
• Personalize each Client experience by using the guests’ names where known.
• Thank Clients for patronizing the showroom as they leave.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Communicate relevant information regularly, efficiently, and concisely to the team and manager.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the services offered, aftersales, and basic knowledge of diamonds to handle basic enquiries (training is provided)
• Clean and maintain physical work area.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary school education with "O" Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality Organization.
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
