Job Description
- Responsible for Tencent game data processing, data warehouse construction, data analysis, etc., and use data to assist product operation decisions;
- Work closely with the business team to understand business needs, design and implement efficient and scalable data solutions;
- Cleanse, transform, integrate and model data to support data analysis and data science projects;
- Systematically optimize the data processing process and data quality to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data.
Job Requirement
- More than 10 years of working experience in data engineering or related fields;
- Familiar with SQL and its performance optimization, familiar with at least one programming language, such as Python, Java or Scala;
- Possess a deep understanding of data warehouse theory and data modeling, and be familiar with common ETL tools and processes;
- Familiar with big data technologies and frameworks, such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.;
- Possess good problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in complex environments;
- Possess good communication and teamwork skills, and be able to communicate effectively with non-technical teams
