Job Responsibilities

  • Acts as single point of contact and accountability across Inchcape Properties.
  • Oversee and to ensure the smooth running of key facilities operations and services, including operational management, contract management, project management and vendor management.
  • Drive and manage annual account of opex and capex budget.
  • Formulate and implement operating and long-term capital planning and budgeting process.
  • Perform data analysis and submit of monthly management report.
  • Responsible for the timely execution of mandatory inspection and accurate reporting to meet statutory and in-house compliances.
  • Manage a team of assistant facility & admin Manager and technicians to ensure KPIs and deliverables are met.
  • Partner with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team and ensure safety operation on sites
  • Point of contact and responsible for facilities disaster management and business recovery process
  • To undertake other Company’s initiatives as assigned

Job requirements

  • Degree in Facilities Management / Building Services or related qualification
  • At least 8 years relevant work experiences in facilities management, preferably in automotive or commercial property industry
  • With at least 4 years of team management or supervisory experience
  • Possess good proficiency in MS Office Tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
  • Candidate with Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate will have an added advantage
  • Candidate with valid Class 3 Driving will have an added advantage
  • Possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, stakeholders management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Possess positive energy level, resourceful, growth mindset and resilience
  • Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Comfortable with traveling to different work sites
