- Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
- Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.
- Provide leadership, source and execute investment opportunities to increase investment portfolio.
- Lead due diligence, direct transaction team and coordinate transaction execution and closing.
- Monitoring and assuring data integrity and performance return accuracy for clients and partners.
- Coordinate the sales, market development, research and development as well as product operations in the Company.
- Coordinate the relevant internal/external work relationships, maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and reputation.
- Responsible for the formulation of the management department's business plan according to the strategic objectives proposed by the group headquarters and oversee the implementation to ensure the completion of the annual business tasks.
- Pay close attention to the analysis and research of market information as well as product innovation and enhance market adaptability and competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and above in Business Administration, Financial Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Management roles and has worked in the Textiles industry.
- Good knowledge of the relevant policies, regulations and industry service specifications and management standards. Familiar with the work processes of each stage of management as well as quality management system.
- High level of business awareness and acumen.
- Understanding the intricacies of financial management and management.
- Excellent Leadership, communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.
