As Senior Business Operations Manager you will be leading and managing fast-paced, dynamic projects and/or teams of which one will be our people onboarding and experience processes globally. The project is to set up the onboarding process and set-up for contributors globally and people processes which includes transfer of existing employees to an EoR model. The goal is to be able to onboard to the correct contributor model and legal entity set-up. This is to be delivered during Q4 2023 and 2024. Accomplished when all employees for pre-defined markets have moved to the new contributor model. You will be setting the mission and driving thorough governance for the team, enabling them to achieve ambitious targets for their respective OKRs, ensuring that long-term strategic vision for each team is built out and realized in time. Being hands on and contributing to the team performance yourself will be crucial for the success of this role. - Collaborate with a highly cross-functional stakeholder group, including various People Teams, Local Partner Success Teams, Product teams, Finance, Legal, and Local Operations teams.
- Apply analytical rigor to everything you do, using data to prioritize the team’s work and identify the biggest areas of opportunity to drive results.
- Strive for continuous innovation and optimization across the various processes with how we are helping our people and people processes across the world. This is a highly independent role that requires a keen eye for detail as well as connecting the dots across several teams and stakeholders.
About what you’ll need.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Operations
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the People area such as but not limited to recruitment, HR and people processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High-energy and motivational leadership, driven by personal influence with direct staff, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions
- Unparalleled business judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to quickly establish the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them
