Job description
Based in Singapore, the Paid Media Manager will support the business on acquisition campaigns and will report directly to the APAC team lead.
As a Paid Media Manager, you are subject matter expert responsible for the management of paid digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will manage the social media, programmatic and search channels, and partner with internal teams as well as agencies to ensure that campaigns are successfully planned and executed. We're looking for someone who is self-driven and strong in acquisition marketing.
The strategies you employ will contribute to the growth of the campaigns and drive deeper engagement with the target audiences. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end paid performance media campaigns which including planning, strategy, execution, optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Produce and present paid media recommendations and launch campaigns from the ground up, including testing opportunities.
- Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and supervise the day-to-day execution of paid media.
- Oversee and manage overall paid media budget including monitoring campaign spends, day-to-day budget, track spends, IO’s, contracts, and payments.
- Perform analysis using Google Analytics 360 and other analytics software related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums.
- Able to create impactful and succinct campaign reports and presentations to discuss data/results.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
Required skills and experience
- Degree or professional education qualification in media, marketing or related fields.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in managing/executing digital campaigns and handling both paid media and major social platforms.
- Experience in managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, especially acquisition campaigns.
- Strong technical expertise in paid media tools.
- Possess analytical reasoning skills.
- Able to articulate and communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Able to multitask and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable to changes, challenges and directions.
