Job Description & Requirements
As a Brain Development Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals ages 5-13 enhance their cognitive abilities. Your role extends beyond mere instruction; it involves empowering our clients to unlock their full cognitive potential, sharpen their mental acuity, and fortify their memory capabilities through tailored training and guidance.
Specific Responsibilities
- Conduct/ Assist Group classes using brain training techniques and tools.
- Assessing the cognitive abilities and needs of clients to create personalised brain development program.
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of clients, making necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Providing guidance and support to clients and their families throughout the training process.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client well-being.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (Psychology and related field)
- At least 1year prior experience in teaching children is preferred
- Strong passion and genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team and interact with students and parents.
- Creative and innovative mindset to contribute to program development.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and patient approach to teaching and ability to motivate and encourage students using effective strategies.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure effective program implementation and documentation.
- Able to work 3 weekdays and both weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
